ELBA, cel mai important producător de corpuri de iluminat din ţară, reprezintă una din puţinele firme româneşti care a reuşit să se menţină ca lider pe piaţă având o tradiţie de 85 de ani în domeniu.
În prezent , ELBA este o firmă modernă, cu un număr de peste 1000 de angajaţi şi o cifră de afaceri în 2007 de 40,45 mil. €, inregistrand o crestere fata de anul 2006 de aproximativ 19.5%. Intr-o continua crestere sunt si investitiile in tehnologiile de fabricatie si dotari. In anul 2007 au atins 4.5 mil €, cu 27.7% mai mult decat in 2006. Pentru anii urmatori se estimeaza o crestere accentuata a investitiilor, avand in vedere proiectul de relocare a uzinei pentru a satisface standardele europene de mediu si necesitatile de productie.
